The two companies have a strategic alliance to market and deliver an integrated PACS-EMR solution for the Apple Macintosh. Along with aycan's OsiriX PRO, an FDA cleared version of OsiriX, the three companies provide a complete solution on the Mac for Radiology.
OsiriX PRO provides a high performance, cost effective, and high speed renderer for multi-slice and other images enabling 3D views via solid rendering or endoscopy, 4D views for Cardiac CT and other temporal series, and 5D views for Cardiac PET, CT and other temporal series. MacPractice provides an integrated, complete practice management and EMR/EHR for all physician specialists who prefer to use Macs. Medstrat provides a distributed PACS server framework for single and multi-site clinics that want immediate, location independent access to all of their DICOM medical images, including access to archived medical images in real-time via Depots.
