We support a variety of platforms and can even run on some basic hardware setups. The following is our official list of supported platforms and minimum system requirements that you will need to follow to successfully use our software products.
Minimum System Requirements
The following are our official Minimum System Requirements that our software needs to perform at its best.

| CPU | 1.6 GHz or better |
| RAM | 2 GB or more RAM is recommended |
| Network | For Internet connectivity a cable modem is recommended and for your LAN a Gigabit Ethernet is recommended |

Supported Operating Systems
Our software runs on both Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh platforms. We officially support the following Operating Systems:
- Windows XP (32-bit)
- Windows Vista (32- or 64-bit)
- Windows 7 (32- or 64-bit)
- Mac OS X Leopard (64-bit Intel Mac)
- Mac OS X Snow Leopard (64-bit Intel Mac)
We also support a basic web app solution for viewing images via an iPhone, Blackberry, or any other mobile platform with a web browser.
Supported Virtualization Solutions
For prospective customers looking to institute a virtualization solution at their practice, we have successfully done so for both the client-side and server-side.
For client-side virtualization (thin-client), we have had success with a high-end VMWare Server setup at a very large customer of ours. That system included, most importantly, the ability to do load-leveling of virtual machines across several VMWare host servers so as to provide enough RAM to meet requirements based on expected usage of our Browser. Our client-side (Browser) software can load large image data sets and does do intensive image processing and thus is significantly more memory-bound than it is processor-bound.
For server-side virtualization, we have many successful installations at larger customers of ours who have spare CPU and RAM resources in existing virtual host solutions, most commonly VMWare Server. We can provide a custom, pre-built version of Red Hat Enterprise Linux that you can import into VMWare for a quick and easy server installation.
