If you have questions or concerns about an upcoming installation, then please contact your Installation Coordinator, Sales Representative or simply send an email to installs@medstrat.com.
Template Requests
If you have a question about an existing template or have a request for a template that is not currently in our suite of available templates, then please send an email to templates@medstrat.com. We will be happy to answer all of your questions and, if necessary, look into acquiring the necessary CAD geometry from the original manufacturer in order to create a new template model or package for you or your customers.
