How do I get more help?
Does Joints® version 4.0 or newer support Mac, PC and mobile devices?
Yes, Joints® version 4.0 and later versions provide full support for your Mac, PC and all your mobile devices.
What are the minimum system requirements for Joints®?
Our web application requires the latest version of a modern browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome or Edge) and a high-speed Internet connection.
How does Joints® store images?
All images in Joints® are housed in a private cloud at a Tier III data center or hosted by Google Cloud Platform. For more information, please see our Security Policy.
Does your software interface with my EMR system?
Yes. All Medstrat products support EMR integration. We support a bi-directional scheduling or orders integration utilizing HL7 protocol. Additionally, you can launch our viewer directly from an EMR for easy access.
Does Joints® PACS support a modality worklist?
Yes. You can integrate Joints® PACS with your imaging equipment to provide a modality worklist. This type of integration eliminates the need for a radiologic technologist to manually enter patient demographics.
Does Medstrat support multi-factor authentication?
Yes. All Medstrat products support an option for multi-factor authentication as well as additional security features.
Can users share studies with patients through an online portal?
Yes. All Medstrat products allow email sharing of studies to patients, eliminating the need to burn CDs.
Does Joints® require the installation of plug-ins or the downloading of software?
No. There is no software to download or plug-ins to install with Joints® 4 or later versions.
